Money-Back Guarantee Policy

1. Purpose of the Guarantee

1.1 This Money-Back Guarantee Policy (the "Guarantee") sets out the conditions under which users of the Winlytics platform (the "Platform") may be eligible to receive a refund of their monthly subscription fee.

1.2 The Guarantee is offered by Lege Nova Ltd, Company Number 204222502, with registered address at Lyuben Karavelov 68 str., Sofia, Bulgaria.

1.3 This Guarantee is a commercial gesture designed to demonstrate confidence in the Platform and does not constitute an insurance product, gambling service, or promise of profitability.

2. Scope and Limitations

2.1 The Guarantee applies only to the monthly subscription fee paid for access to the Platform.

2.2 The Guarantee does not cover:

• (a) betting losses;
• (b) funds wagered with bookmakers;
• (c) opportunity costs or indirect losses;
• (d) fees paid to third-party services.

2.3 Under no circumstances shall the refund exceed the amount of one monthly subscription fee.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met without exception:

3.1 The user must have placed all bets published by Winlytics during a continuous thirty (30) calendar day period, with a minimum of forty-five (45) total bets.

3.2 Selective betting is not permitted. The user must not omit, skip, filter, or exclude any Winlytics prediction published during the qualifying period.

3.3 Each bet must have been:

• (a) locked and recorded on the Winlytics Platform prior to the relevant event start time; and
• (b) placed on the exact market, event, and selection as published by Winlytics.

3.4 The user must have followed the betting size and bankroll rules communicated by the Platform exactly, without deviation, for every qualifying bet.

3.5 After settlement of all bets placed during the qualifying period, the user's overall result must be net negative, meaning the closing bankroll is lower than the opening bankroll for the same period.

4. Evidence Requirements

4.1 To make a valid claim, the user must submit verifiable evidence showing:

• (a) confirmation of all qualifying bets placed with a licensed bookmaker;
• (b) dates, times, markets, odds, and stakes for each bet;
• (c) settlement results for all bets;
• (d) proof that betting size rules were followed consistently.

4.2 Acceptable evidence may include:

• (a) official bet history exports or statements from the bookmaker;
• (b) screenshots or PDFs clearly identifying the user account and transactions.

4.3 Lege Nova Ltd reserves the right to reject evidence that is incomplete, unclear, altered, or unverifiable.

5. Claim Process

5.1 Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days following the end of the 30-day qualifying period.

5.2 Claims must be sent to info@winlytics.ai with the subject line: "Money-Back Guarantee Claim".

5.3 Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe results in automatic forfeiture of eligibility.

6. Review and Decision

6.1 All claims are reviewed manually by Lege Nova Ltd.

6.2 We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether all conditions have been met.

6.3 Our decision shall be final and binding, subject only to mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Refund Terms

7.1 Where a claim is approved, the refund shall be limited to one (1) monthly subscription fee.

7.2 Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.

7.3 No interest, compensation, or additional payments shall be due.

8. One-Time Use Restriction

8.1 The Guarantee may be exercised once per user, account, and payment method.

8.2 Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including use of multiple accounts or identities, shall void eligibility.

9. Abuse, Fraud, and Exclusions

9.1 The Guarantee is void if:

• (a) bets are selectively placed or omitted;
• (b) betting size rules are not followed precisely;
• (c) bets are hedged, traded out, or cashed out early;
• (d) evidence is manipulated or falsified;
• (e) automated or coordinated abuse is detected.

9.2 Lege Nova Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

10. Relationship with Other Documents

10.1 This Guarantee is governed by and must be read in conjunction with the Winlytics Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

10.2 In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Guarantee shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
